Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of cobbledlanecreations.com, operated by Cobbled Lane Creations. By visiting or making a purchase from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Custom-made items, including cups, crochet products, and 3D printed items, are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if a product arrives damaged due to shipping issues. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the recorded delivery date with photographic evidence. If a return is approved: • The buyer must pay return shipping. • The buyer must package the product properly; insurance is highly recommended. • Upon issuance of a refund, Cobbled Lane Creations will reimburse half of the insurance cost. • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
We currently ship to U.S. destinations only via USPS. All shipments include tracking. Processing Time: Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping delays caused by USPS are outside of our control.

All products are provided "as-is" without warranties beyond those required by law. Cobbled Lane Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, lost profits, or misuse of products. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
